Addictions Counselor

The Counselor is a member of the Treatment Team. S/he will be responsible for coordinating the services needed by each client assigned to her/his caseload. S/he will provide individual and group counseling. The Clinical Supervisor / Program Director will be the immediate supervisor. This is an hourly or salaried position with hours and schedule established to complete required duties.

Lead Behavioral Health Clinician

The Lead Behavioral Health Clinician is a member of the Treatment Team. S/he will be responsible for coordinating therapeutic services for clients in an Integrated Health Care Setting. S/he will provide individual and group counseling, case management, assessments, crisis intervention, urinalysis as well as overseeing and acting as a liaison between the clinical, medical and administrative staff as well as outside providers. The Clinical Supervisor and Program Director are the immediate supervisors for the Lead Clinician position. This may be a salaried or hourly position with hours and schedule established to complete required duties.  This position requires flexible hours to provide oversight and services during evening therapeutic services.

Administrative Assistant

The Assistant is a member of the Administrative Support Team. S/he is responsible for providing support services for the organization. S/he will work under the direct supervision of the Program Director. This is a part time position for the first 90 days and after successful completion of probationary period, an evaluation will be conducted.

Psychiatrist

The Psychiatrist is a member of the Treatment Team. Psychiatrists are the primary mental healthcare givers. They assess and treat mental illnesses through a combination of psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, hospitalization (if applicable), and medication. Psychotherapy involves regular discussions with patients about their problems; the psychiatrist helps them find solutions through changes in their behavioral patterns, the exploration of their past experiences, or group and family therapy sessions. Psychoanalysis involves long-term psychotherapy and counseling for patients. In many cases, medications are administered to correct chemical imbalances that cause emotional problems.
